Forrest Swan Jr. MD
Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Swan, a practicing board certified Oncologist, founded Cancer Outreach Associates in 1998. Since it’s inception, Cancer Outreach has developed into a multi million dollar comprehensive cancer network consisting of seven Board Certified Physicians, two Nurse Practitioners, a highly trained clinical and administrative staff of 75 and eight locations in Virginia and Tennessee. Through growth of this practice, Cancer Outreach Management Services, now Medical Management Solutions, was conceived. In 1999, Dr. Swan established Outreach Clinical Trials, Inc. The program partners with major medical and research centers and is one of the largest clinical research programs in SW Virginia and NE Tennessee. In 2003, Dr. Swan initiated the creation of the Cancer Outreach Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Through the foundation, patients and their family members can quickly find support and counseling services in their communities, obtain assistance with transportation to appointments, or even receive financial assistance for living expenses if they are unable to work due to surgery or cancer treatment. He continues to serve on the foundation’s Board of Directors. He is also acknowledged as the visionary of the Johnston Memorial Hospital Cancer Center currently under construction.

Jeffrey Hundman/MBA
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hundman specializes in providing financial, strategic, and practice management services to medical practices and physicians. He is a graduate of Ashland University with a MBA in Accounting. He has served most recently as Chief Financial Officer for a prominent Oncology practice with multiple locations in Virginia and Tennessee. During his career, Mr. Hundman has worked as a consultant, on a national and international level, with a wide variety of Northeastern firms in Ohio, Michigan and Maryland. Mr. Hundman has extensive experience in practice mergers, contract negotiation, managed care, physician income distribution models, tax planning, and on-going medical practice management.
